Ashley displays an amazing understanding of the human body, goes way above and beyond in making sure you are taken care of in every way possible, and has a genuine passion for helping people. This is the first time I have ever looked forward to physical therapy. I knew I would not only feel significantly better after the session, but for the rest of the day/week as well. I am now able to squat again without knee pain for the first time in a couple of years, thanks to Ashley’s approach to rehab.

Ashley took a holistic approach to my full-body problem and actually looked to fix me rather than just patch me up. It was not easy. If you just want someone to massage you, go to a massage therapist. But if you actually want to change the way you move, look, feel, and carry yourself, go see Ashley. My body now moves the way it’s supposed to, and as cliché as it sounds, I feel like a different person. Going through this process with her has truly changed my life.

I have been dealing with sleep apnea and a CPAP machine for many years. I was referred to Ashley for physical therapy for my neck and lower back. She started me on special oral exercises for my “lazy tongue” and other breathing exercises to strengthen my pelvic floor. I was amazed at how much these simple exercises, which were new for my muscles and brain to process at first, began to really improve my sleep issues. I am sleeping better and have no more stiffness in my neck or pain in my lower back.

Ashley is a miracle worker! I suffered for years with severe shoulder pain and working with Ashley made an incredible difference. She quickly pinpointed the issue and explained it in a way that was really easy to understand. The exercises made a big difference, and her sense of humor made our sessions fun. Highly recommend!!

Life changing, would give a 6th star if I could. Ashley first worked on fixing my shoulders (which she improved very quickly), but during that time identified some structural issues with my lower back (i.e. my posture and general movement patterns were awful). I’ve had lower back issues for years (originally injured it 3 years ago) and hadn’t quite figured out how to get back to a normal place. I honestly thought I’d just have on and off back issues for the rest of my life. The exercises Ashley taught me and worked through with me have totally reset my lower back, and it’s honestly felt the best it’s felt since before my injury (and yes I did see a different PT when I originally injured it). I didn’t understand the exercises at first or why I was doing them, but over time I realized that she was teaching me how to properly use my core and lower back so that I understood how to properly move/sit, which has led to long-term positive results. I used to dread long car/plane rides due to my lower back, but now I can do them without any problem. I’m so grateful that I met Ashley — it’s really been incredible to not have to live with the back pain I had previously been experiencing.
